AGROMINEX (AMEX) is a global trading company that has recently forayed into the business of trading in agricultural commodities such as Sugar, Rice, Wheat, Corn, Soybean and Edible Oils. While still in a nascent stage, we have made significant progress in developing agri trade flows in our focus geographies that mainly include India, UAE and Africa. Our business commenced in 2002 though trading in metals and mining products under company name ‘Nair Metals and Mining’ and ‘Nair Commodities’. From November 2016, company also started trading in agriculture products (raw and processed) due to strong relationship build over the years with leading agro commodities players in the market.
AMEX currently operates with a network of partners/representative office in USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa. We pride ourselves in upholding the highest ethical standards in the way we conduct our businesses. We are strongly driven by customer centricity, and have formed strategic alliances and partnerships with end mills/refineries/title holders/leading sellers who have reinforced our role as their preferred partners in international trade and business.

Santosh Nair
CHAIRMAN
A Commerce graduate from Mumbai University and a Post Graduate in Foreign Trade and Shipping management, from World Trade Institute, Mumbai. He carries an overall experience of 17years which involves good knowledge and understanding of local commodity business, Export and import related activities, Trade Finance and other financial products. He always carries a professional, honest and solution driven approach towards his business. He has been a professional sportsperson and still support sports off-field. This inclination towards sports makes him motivator, team player and always ready to work sensibly towards anything that interests him. Started his career in 1999 working for a Commodity trading company dealing in metal scrap business and mining products and simultaneously took the risk to enter a spice business under own brand name ”RBN Spices” but turned out to be a learning experience. In 2002, started a commodity trading company dealing in Metals and Mining products and further extended business to petroleum products which is still active till date with all up and downs in market. Since company recently started trading of agro commodities, all the trading activities is now offered under new company name ‘AGROMINEX’. He also runs a financial advisory firm “CAPFINVEST” operating since 2010 and mainly focused towards project funding, Private equity, Debt Syndication, Venture Funding, Trade Finance, Collateral finance and Startup funding. He is married for 8 years and stays near Mumbai with his wife and 4 yr old daughter. He likes to spend most of his time playing with his daughter. He loves trying new cuisines and restaurant with his wife.
NEETA NAIR
SALES & ADMINISTRATION – HEAD
Neeta carries an overall experience of 15 years in sales, marketing, and business development. She has done her MBA in Marketing from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies after completing her Commerce Graduation from KJ Somaiya College. She has also completed her PG Diploma in Finance and Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. She is handling the entire back end sales and administration work and also handles business development. She enjoys travelling and shopping with family.
JACSON SIMON
PARTNER & OPERATIONS HEAD (BRAZIL)
Jacson handles the entire Brazil operations for AMEX and market development in West African regions. We are happy to have him in our team. Jacson is Vice President of The Chamber of Commerce, Development & Integration Brazil ECOWAS (www.camarabrazilecowas.com) a civil and private law entity, officially recognized by ECOWAS member countries. The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) is a regional group of 15 West African countries. Founded on May 25, 1975, with the signing of the Lagos Treaty, its mission is to promote economic integration in the region. We are proud to be associated with the Chamber as their partner to jointly promote trade and overall development in these regions under their guidance.
Nandini Nambiar
SHIPPING & LOGISTIC – HEAD
A Commerce graduate from Mumbai University with overall experience of 25 years in Freight Forwarding, Clearing, Transportation, Warehousing and Shipping. She carries in-depth knowledge of Logistic business and also good access to exporters and importers in India and UAE.She has been involved in many Sugar, Rice, Pulses and other commodity export operational work for India, UAE and Neighbouring countries. Her experience and knowledge will play a very important role in the growth of AGROMINEX. She is married for more than 10years and stays with her husband who also happens to be from Shipping and logistic industry. She enjoys spending time with her family and like making cakes and pastries during her spare time and try to learn new cuisines.

The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) is a regional group of 15 West African countries. Founded on May 25, 1975, with the signing of the Lagos Treaty, its mission is to promote economic integration in the region.
Considered one of the pillars of Africa’s Economic Communication, the organization was founded to achieve “collective self-reliance” of its member states, creating a single large trading bloc through an economic and trade union. It also serves as a force for peace in the region. The region officially operates in three languages with the same level of importance: French, English and Portuguese.

AMEX has pledge to donate 10% of company profits to support the plantation work and change the farming methods in India and Neighbouring counties. AMEX will be supporting it’s own NGO’sto work jointly with other NGO’s working aggressively to change the farming methods from Chemical farming to Natural Farming.
We understand the alarming impact of Climate change and Incorrect farming methods on every living thing on our planet Earth. Even though we all have started experiencing CLIMATE related problems but still very few people know the root cause of these problems and very few people work towards the solutions. In association with our NGO partnerswe are focused to promote Natural Farming through our Farm Models and Workshops and create awareness to Plant more than Million Trees in coming years and invest in Renewable energy. These solutions have been planned by our NGO after extensive research, Site visits and studies on the actual reasons for these problems for more than 2 years. We will push every Effort to heal the world and Bring Back that lost balance in Nature and Life through Peoples Contribution.
